Returns & Cancellations

Returns

If items need to be returned, please contact our Customer Service department directly.  Items must be returned within 7 days of shipping.  Merchandise returned to our premises without return authorisation will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders that are placed either on our website or with Customer Service are considered firm.  However, we understand that sometimes orders need to be cancelled.  If you must cancel an order, we require written notice before production has begun.  Orders that have already been decorated will be invoiced at cost for work completed.

Quantity Changes in Order

Any change in quantity for an order will be treated as a new order.  Price adjustments will be made accordingly.
