Key information is critical to the successful delivery of your items.  Information must include requested delivery dates, artwork and shipping instructions.

Minimum order quantities:-

• Embroidery - 15 items please
• Screen Printing - 25 items please
• Minimum order value $250 (excluding GST)

Artwork Proofs

Actual pre-production samples will be sent only when requested in writing.  Usually, customers will be sent an artwork proof to acknowledge before production begins.  Failure to provide this acknowledgement will delay the production of your items.  Please note that any changes, after production begins, in an item or artwork will result in new screen, die or art charges.

Shipping Information

We use the most expeditious form of transport to achieve on time  delivery.
All inaugural orders will be delivered FREE of delivery charges. Subsequent orders are FREE of delivery charges for orders  with a minimum value of $800 (excluding GST)
